On behalf of a private sector client, we are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead an S/4HANA brownfield conversion programme. For the past four years, the client has run a preparation programme ahead of an S/4HANA brownfield conversion scheduled for October 2027. By September 2026, an implementation partner will be onboarded to execute the conversion, and an internal programme organisation, combining internal IT, external consultants and business representatives, is being ramped up to work alongside the partner. The consultant will lead the day-to-day management and delivery of the conversion programme, working closely with the implementation partner and coordinating across functional, technical and organisational change management tracks. The role reports to the Programme Director and involves close collaboration with senior executive stakeholders, covering scoping, planning and execution through to testing, cutover and hypercare. Responsibilities also include establishing governance, RAID and risk, issue and change control, tracking budget and reporting status to the Programme Director and Steering Committee, and ensuring operational readiness, support model, hypercare and knowledge transfer ahead of go-live. On behalf of a private sector client, we are looking for a senior SAP S/4HANA Asset Management functional architect lead to join an S/4HANA transformation programme. The client has spent the past four years preparing for a large-scale S/4HANA brownfield conversion, scheduled for October 2027. An implementation partner joins the programme in September 2026, and an internal programme organisation, combining IT staff, external consultants and business representatives, is being built up to work alongside them. The consultant will act as Plant Maintenance and Asset Management architect within the programme, guiding logistics-related migration topics, assessing simplification items across PM, MM and EAM, and designing solutions for custom code and integration questions in the logistics and PM space. The role also involves coaching logistics stakeholders on S/4HANA capabilities and helping keep the conversion strictly within scope. We're looking for a senior architect and functional lead with at least eight years of SAP logistics experience, including S/4HANA, and a relevant professional certification. Strong hands-on or architectural experience with PM, MM, LE and LO is essential, with particular depth in the EAM part of PM. The ideal candidate is comfortable orchestrating architecture work across a complex organisation and brings strong stakeholder management skills.
